Begin your journey by submitting the custom jewellery form: tell me about the story & recipient, the desired jewellery and your budget. I will get back to you within the same day.
Step 2
Book a design consultation
My custom service always begins with a personal virtual appointment, where we will discuss your wishes and dreams for this special piece of jewellery.
You will be shown the possibilities in terms of jewellery designs and we will discuss the meaningful glass bouquet you would like me to create for the chosen option.
We will discuss a timeline and a budget, before moving to the next step.
Step 3
Jewellery production
Using traditional glassworking, jewellery-making and silversmithing techniques, your jewellery piece comes to life.
The collaborative process continues. I will share videos and photos of the glassworked elements, sometimes even multiple versions to let you choose the perfect one.
You will also receive photos and/or videos of the finished piece, so we can ensure the jewellery is designed in your vision.
Step 4
Discover your new jewellery
As soon as the finished piece is validated by email, your jewellery will be shipped to you with a complimentary express carrier.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does a custom piece cost?
Custom designs begin at 1500€ (excl. VAT). This price includes our time together during the virtual consultation, back and forth on designs, the glassworking and jewellery-making, hand-finishing each piece, as well as the materials.
How long will I have to wait?
Custom designs are final sales and non-refundable. From start to finish the entire process should take 6-8 weeks, subject to the specifications and/or changes in design.
Consider contacting me 12 weeks before your event, if you need the jewellery by a specific date.
What can I expect?
With my personalized service in custom luxury botanical glass jewellery, you can expect a seamless and attentive experience. Starting with a private virtual consultation, I will carefully listen to your wishes and preferences.
Throughout the process, I will keep you involved, sharing validation steps on the drawings and glassworked elements.

What are the payment terms?
My payment terms for custom jewellery typically involve a deposit and final payment. Upon validation of the design and confirming your order, I require a non-refundable 40% deposit to initiate the customization process.
Once your jewellery is completed and ready for shipment, I will notify you and request the final payment of the remaining balance.
Most bank cards are accepted and payments take place on a page on this website, dedicated to your custom order.
